Crafts and Cookies

Bliss loves cookies. I rarely give her sweets. So cookies are a very special treat. She thinks if she puts on her hat and apron that we 'cook cookies in oven'.
She loves to watch the whole process. She 'sits on bottom' on the floor of the kitchen and waits while the cookies are cooking. She gets up several times and wants to look at the cookies.

This is Bliss's craft from her second week at story hour. She loves the craft part of story hour. She also loves the songs with motions. They usually read 3 books. She does really well for the first book. After they start the singing with motions, she wants to stand up and dance the rest of the time.
The 'sit on bottom' phrase Bliss says comes from story hour. I told her one week she had to mind Mommy and the story hour lady. They want her to sit on her bottom and listen. One morning when she woke up, I told her we were going to story hour. She said, "I sit on my bottom, good girl."
She understands and remembers so much. It amazes me.
Bliss coloring her coloring book that she got for making a deposit into her savings account.

She begs me to 'cook cookies'. She also thinks giving Mommy a kiss will get her whatever she wants. If that does not work, she tries saying 'cook cookies please'.
She is one smart girl. She has her Mommy and Daddy figured out already.

Bliss is never satisfied with just 2 cookies. She wants 'more cookies please' because 'cookies good yum, yum.'

All the phrases in ' ' marks are phrases Bliss says about making cookies.
